If you're like most people, you might have read yesterday's posts, but aren't likely to go back and read comments. I wanted to post the details about a comment I received from the VP of Sales and Marketing for PowerReviews, Jay Shaffer following up on yesterday's post regarding the data from their study that was published by eMarketer. The entire study is published in a white paper on the PowerReview's site. It is 27 pages of extremely insightful information related to how customer's use online reviews. If this is an area of interest, I strongly recommend downloading it.
